Apple Cider Vinegar (or ACV) is made from apple cider that has undergone fermentation to form health-promoting probiotics and enzymes, giving it significantly less sugar and fewer calories than apple cider or apple juice.

Many know that  Apple Cider Vinegar is used externally, but did you know that you can take it orally as well .

To take it orally , mix 1 tablespoon with a cup of water or herbal tea.Apple Cider Vinegar is quite strong, and when taken straight can be harsh on the esophagus, so it is advisable to dilute it before taking it.

Some of the well known uses of it are :

1.Apple Cider Vinegar lowers glucose levels, and may be helpful for diabetics.

To keep blood sugar levels stable, try diluting one to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in 8 ounces of water and consuming before meals.

Taking  Apple Cider Vinegar as a weight loss aid , helps you keep fuller and eat less . The enzymes in Apple Cider Vinegar also promote the growth of healthy bacteria in the gut, and can help regulate many health issues.

You can use Apple Cider Vinegar as an astringent, by soaking a washcloth/cotton pad in diluted Apple Cider Vinegar and applying it to your face. Or, you can simply dab it right onto blemishes to dry them out and heal them. Skin feels smooth after applying it because it tightens and plumps it a bit, and can help reduce or minimize the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.

To use it as a deo ,simply rub a bit of it in your underarms and it will absorb and minimize body odors. No no dont be worried about its smell ,as it will go once Apple Cider Vinegar dries.

UTI is urinary track Infection which is caused mainly because of using public toilets . Despite its acidic taste it promotes alkalinity in the body . Because of its this feature , it also helps fight cancer by bringing the body into an alkaline state which makes it an inhospitable environment for cancer.

11. Can be used as a cleaning spray

To clean hard surfaces like wooden top , glass , toilets , it is used as a non – toxic and chemical free source of cleaner.

Gastroesophageal reflux disease, also known as GERD or acid reflux, is a condition characterized by acid backflow from the stomach up into the esophagus, causing symptoms like heartburn, belching and nausea.

Drinking apple cider vinegar may help provide relief from acid reflux by introducing more acid into the digestive tract to prevent acid backflow.

For best results, dilute one to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in an 8 ounce glass of water and drink just before eating.
