Get fair and Glowing Skin in a week

Picture-perfect and flawless pink-white skin naturally without lavishing money is the desire of many ladies out there. There are many ready-made fairness creams that are said to be able to lighten your complexion instantly. Nevertheless, if you want to have fair, healthy and glowing skin, you need to work hard with patience.                      

I would like to recommend some home remedies for fair skin which are made from easy-to-find ingredients and you can make them simply on your own in order to help you achieve that desired flawless skin.

  1. Turmeric powder + Gram flour make a paste with water or milk. Apply evenly on skin and let it dry. Wash off with luke warm water by scrubbing the skin gently.
  2. Apply honey on your face and let it dry. Wash off with luke warm water.
  3. Aloe vera gel is the best remedy. Apply it on the face , leave it on for 30 minutes then rinse off.
  4. Rub cucumber slices on the face before going to bed.
  5. Protect yourself from the sun- Especially if you live in tropical countries, it is essential to protect yourself from the UV rays of the sun. A lifetime of exposure to UV rays can cause wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems — as well as increase the risk of skin cancer.Use sunscreen and seek shade(avoid going out between 10 am to 2 pm)
  6. Drink at least 3-4 liters of water everyday.
  7. Include healthy fruits like banana, papaya, apple and watermelon in your diet according to the season and availability.
  8. Vegetables like Spinach, Carrot, Tomato, Cabbage also provide required minerals, vitamins and proteins to your skin.
  9. Quit Alcohol or Smoking.
  10. Use moisturizer that suits your skin type.
  11. Avoid Strong Soaps Instead choose Cleansers.
  12. Manage Stress.
  13. Green Tea– Green tea is one of the best natural products to resolve skin related issues. It has even been proved as a blood purifier.
  14. BERRIES- Berries fight against the damage caused by the UV rays of the sun. It even cures the UV damaged cells. Consumption of Berries even result in smooth and soft skin.
  15. Rub your skin with raw potato.
  16. Use plain yogurt or whole milk-They both contain alpha-hydroxy acids that tenderly peel the skin. Blend plain, without sugar yogurt or entire drain with enough ground oats to make a paste, at that point apply it to your skin. Abandon it set up for 20 minutes, at that point wash with warm water utilizing delicate round movements.
  17. Exercise alot.
  18. Your skin has three key requirements…cleansing, hydration and exfoliation. Make it a point to clean your skin before you go to bed.
